Open Door Policy

Brunch is the best meal of the day. Who doesn't love eggs, bacon and pancakes? I know I doooooo! After arriving in Singapore, Ming had a whole list of places that she insisted we try, and Open Door Policy was one of them. This little gem is tucked away in Tiong Bahru.

The place is small but a good size, and the food is incredible. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs is a family favourite, so many plates were ordered by the table and were enjoyed thoroughly. We also ordered a batch of pancakes to share between the table - because who can resist pancakes?
